Abstract
Este trabajo Pragmática intercultural y aprendizaje de ele: el acto de habla de queja en español como l2 por sinohablantes trata del acto de habla de la queja, visto como un macro acto en una interacción oral. Así, una queja se compone de estrategias específicas de este acto de habla y de estrategias procedentes de otros actos de habla que funcionan como elementos de apoyo. Asimismo, se ha pretendido determinar las estrategias pragmáticas y patrones de queja que emplean hablantes nativos de chino mandarín aprendientes de español, hablantes nativos de chino mandarín y hablantes nativos de español de España a la hora de emitir una queja en diversas situaciones de la vida cotidiana. This work Intercultural Pragmatics: the speech act of complaint in Spanish and Chinese cultures deals with the speech act of complaint, seen as a macroact in an oral interaction. Thus, a complaint is made up of strategies specific to this speech act and strategies from other speech acts that function as supporting elements. Likewise, it has been attempted to determine the pragmatic strategies and complaint patterns used by native Mandarin Chinese speakers who are learning Spanish, native Mandarin Chinese speakers and native Spanish speakers from Spain when issuing a complaint in various situations of daily life.
