Las Técnicas Intervencionistas para Dolor lumbar Crónico (TIDC) actúan sobre estructuras específicas involucradas en la señalización nociceptiva, aunque su aplicación se ve limitada por los costos y posibles riesgos. Identificar factores asociados con los resultados de las TIDC realizadas para el tratamiento del dolor lumbar crónico podría optimizar la selección de candidatos, mejorando la eficacia y la relación beneficio riesgo en el uso de estos recursos.
