Revistas culturales hispánicas : «Nuestro Tiempo» (Lima, 1944) : trayectoria y contenidos

Abstract

RESUMEN: Publicada en Lima en 1944, la revista «Nuestro Tiempo» cifra su trayectoria en tres números aparecidos, con periodicidad bimestral, en los meses de enero, marzo y mayo de aquel año. Pese a lo breve de su existencia, nos encontramos ante una cabecera de señalada importancia para el estudio y conocimiento de una serie de revistas literario-políticas surgidas en el contexto de una red intelectual de vanguardia internacional hispánica, de tintes sociales, comprometidos y artísticos, generadora de una amplia producción bibliográfica y hemerográfica, así como pictórica. Las siguientes líneas repasan brevemente los antecedentes dentro del Perú, la trayectoria y los colaboradores principales de «Nuestro Tiempo», incluyendo asimismo un índice completo de sus contenidos.ABSTRACT: Published in Lima in 1944, the magazine "Nuestro Tiempo" published three numbers on a bimonthly basis, in January, March, and May of that year. Despite its brief existence, the publication is crucial for the study and understanding of a series of literary-political magazines that emerged in the context of an international Hispanic avant-garde intellectual network with social, vindictive, and artistic inclinations. This network generated a wide ranging oeuvre of books, articles, and pictorial materials. The following lines offer a brief overview of the magazine’s precursors in Peru and the trajectory and main collaborators in "Nuestro Tiempo". They also contain a complete index of the publication’s contents.
