Abstract
La necesidad de fomentar la parentalidad positiva desarrollada por un/a coordinador/a parental, como estrategia para facilitar el consenso en un plan de cuidado de los hijos e hijas tras un proceso de separación o divorcio de los padres y/o madres que no consiguen establecer acuerdos respeto a educación y cuidados de los hijos e hijas, salvaguardando el pleno respeto a sus derechos humanos. Se realiza un análisis en las directrices desarrolladas por Europa y en el ordenamiento jurídico español. El plan de cuidado que se establece con apoyo del/a coordinador/a parental facilita el cumplimiento de los acuerdos entre los padres y/o madres basado en la autonomía de los progenitores y dirigido a ordenar las cuestiones principales que pueden afectar a los hijos e hijas comunes en caso de ruptura y desacuerdos.
The need to foster positive parenting developed by a parent coordinator, as a strategy to facilitate consensus in a child care plan after a process of separation or divorce of parents who fail to establish agreements regarding education and care of the sons and daughters, safeguarding full respect for their human rights. An analysis is carried out in the guidelines developed by Europe and in the order Spanish legal. The care plan that is established with the support of the parent coordinator facilitates the fulfillment of agreements between the parents based in parental autonomy aimed at ordering the main issues that may affect the common child sons in cases of rupture disagreements
