La conversión mística en la espiritualidad española del Siglo de Oro

Abstract

En la presente tesis, titulada La conversión mística en la espiritualidad española del Siglo de Oro, se plantea una propuesta de reflexión filosófica sobre el ámbito de lo religioso enfocada a partir de la particularidad de su objetivo o intencionalidad interna, es decir, a partir del objetivo de conversión mística o deseo de unión con lo divino que lo caracteriza. Por considerarla como una de las manifestaciones más claras y equilibradas, en cuanto a su propia autocomprensión y formulaciones, se ha decidido emprender el análisis de dicho objetivo a través del modo en que es comprendido y dado a entender por parte de la espiritualidad española del Siglo de Oro. Considerando así, a su vez, que el situarse desde las expresiones cumbre de la mística española de este periodo quizá pueda ayudar de un modo privilegiado, en comparación con otros enfoques, a comprender la particularidad de ese deseo u objetivo, así como del modo en que lo comprende y experimenta el religioso...In this thesis, entitled The mystical conversion in the Spanish spirituality of the Golden Age, is submitted a proposal for reflection on the field of religion, focused from the particularity of its objective or internal intentionality, that is, from the objective of mystical conversion or desire for union with the divine that characterizes it. For considering it as one of the clearest and more equilibrated manifestations, in terms of their own self-understanding and formulations, it has been decided to undertake the analysis of the said objective through the way in which it is understood and explained by the Spanish spirituality of the Golden Age. Considering thus, in turn, that standing from the top expressions of Spanish mysticism of this period may perhaps help in a privileged way, compared to other approaches, to understand the particularity of that desire or objective, as well as the way in which the religious understands and experiences it...
