Abstract
Para entender y comprender la emergencia de un discurso ―nuevo‖ en Bolivia entre el 2005 y 2015, será necesario estudiar los síntomas sociopolíticos desenlazantes del 2000 al 2004, pero para entender de manera profunda y global todo lo que pasaba, es necesario ir al pasado, revisar dos siglos más o menos de historia y represión, para luego analizar y posteriormente realizar un diagnóstico de la realidad boliviana, reconociendo lo íntimo de lo filosófico y político son los lineamientos esenciales que se debe seguir para el mejor entendimiento y comprensión, del tema. Síntesis, objetivos y resultados Tres momentos son los que tiene la metodología usada y construida denominada clínica filosófica o filosofía clínica, cada momento de la metodología corresponde a un bloque de la investigación. Antecedentes o Historial Clínico.- este primer momento nos permite mostrar los acontecimientos que son considerados como origen-causa de lo que más adelante se reconocerán como síntomas. Los antecedentes del ―caso Bolivia‖, los veremos a través de los discursos de la literatura, historia epistemología, filosofía y política, que señalan de manera repetitiva a los agentes represores y contenidos reprimidos, lo que va cimentando al inconsciente social en su devenir, fenómeno que con posterioridad se constituye como síntomas ―performativizados y performatizadores‖ diría J.L.
