Abstract
La localización de las arterias perforantes de la arteria colateral digital en los dedos trifalángicos para la realización de colgajos basados en dichas arterias supone un reto. Los métodos utilizados actualmente son la localización in situ en la disección quirúrgica o la localización mediante un dispositivo eco-doppler. Estos colgajos, basados en arterias perforantes, presentan ventajas respecto a otros métodos de cobertura de defectos cutáneos como evitar el sacrificio de la arteria colateral digital, la disección extensa del paquete neurovascular, la cirugía en dos tiempos o las anastomosis microquirúrgicas. Existe un número limitado de estudios anatómicos sobre la vascularización dorsal en dedos trifalángicos. Estos estudios indican que existe un patrón constante de arterias perforantes en las falanges proximal y media, sin diferencias entre los bordes radial y ulnar...
The localization of the perforator arteries of the proper digital artery in triphalangeal fingers in order to create flaps based on these arteries is a challenge. The methods currently used are in situ localization in surgical dissection or localization using Doppler device.These flaps based on perforator arteries have advantages over other methods of covering skin defects, such as avoiding sacrifice of the proper digital artery, extensive dissection of the neurovascular bundle, two-stage surgery or microsurgical anastomoses.There are a limited number of anatomical studies on dorsal vascularization in triphalangeal fingers.
