La protesta dentro de la protesta. Activismos queer/cuir y feministas en el 15M

Abstract

Como es conocido, el 15M nació con la ocupación de las plazas de numerosas ciudades del Estado español en 2011. Aquella multitudinaria toma del espacio público duró unas semanas pero parte del movimiento (un conjunto de asambleas, junto a gente implicada en acciones e iniciativas en los barrios y las calles) continuó su actividad posteriormente. El objetivo de este artículo es explicar (i) las genealogías de las asambleas feministas y queer que se organizaron en el 15M, (ii) las tensiones y conflictos que se generaron en torno a estas cuestiones en las plazas y después y (iii) la labor de pedagogía política que han hecho estas asambleas en una doble dirección: hacia el interior del propio movimiento y hacia la ciudad/sociedad en general.As it is known, the 15M was born with the occupation of the squares in many cities of the Spanish State in 2011. That massive takeover of public space lasted a few weeks but part of the movement (a bunch of assemblies, together with people involved in actions and initiatives in the neighbourhoods and on the streets) continued its activity afterwards. The aim of this article is to explain (i) the genealogies of the feminist and queer assemblies which were organized within the 15M, (ii) the tensions and conflicts around these issues in the occupied squares and afterwards, and (iii) the labour of political pedagogy carried out by these assemblies towards both the movement itself and the city/society in general.
