Abstract
RESUMEN: En este libro fray Antonio de Guevara inaugura un género llamado a triunfar en el siglo XVII: los manuales para el gobierno dirigidos al valido del príncipe. A su vez, expone allí también normas y observaciones útiles para el habitante de la corte en general, sazonado todo ello con su peculiar estilo y con anécdotas de la Antigüedad.
ABSTRACT: In this book Fray Antonio de Guevara inaugurates a genre destined to triumph during the 17th century: the manuals for government addressed to the prince's valide. At the same time, he also sets out useful rules and observations for the court inhabitant in general, seasoned with his peculiar style and anecdotes from Antiquity.
