Abstract

La presente investigación, titulada La autorreferencialidad en el proceso creativo cartografiada desde la práctica artística, explora la noción de autorreferencialidad en el arte como un fenómeno inherente a todo proceso creativo. Su desarrollo parte de la premisa de que toda obra de arte constituye, en mayor o menor medida, una alusión a su autor. Sin embargo, a la hora de preguntarnos por la naturaleza de esta alusión, resulta fácil confundir la autorreferencialidad con otros términos que comúnmente son tenidos por sinónimos de la misma, tales como “autobiografía”, “autorrepresentación, “autorretrato”,“identidad” o incluso “intimidad”, lo que dificulta significativamente tal empresa. Por ende, este estudio se propone trazar un marco conceptual claro y diferenciado donde se señalen tanto los principales atributos que caracterizan a cada uno de dichos términos como los límites que los diferencian entre sí para, de manera transversal y progresiva, llegar a una aproximación holística y concreta de la idea de autorreferencialidad que nos interesa. Its development starts from the premise that every work of art constitutes, to a greater or lesser extent, an allusion to its author. However, when we ask ourselves about the nature of this allusion, it is easy to confuse self-referentiality with other terms that are commonly considered synonyms of it, such as “autobiography”,“self-representation”, “self-portrait”, “identity” or even “intimacy”, which significantly hinders such an undertaking. Therefore, this study aims to outline a clear and differentiated conceptual framework where both the main attributes that characterise each of these terms and the limits that differentiate them from each other are pointed out in order to, in a transversal and progressive manner, arrive at a holistic and concrete approach to the idea of self-referentiality that interests us.
