Abstract
El Estatuto de la Corte Penal Internacional acaba de cumplir 20 años de vigencia. Durante este tiempo, el trabajo de la Corte ha estado lleno de altibajos. La intención de este ensayo es repasar brevemente los aportes y evaluar la jurisprudencia de esta Corte.
The International Criminal Court has just completed 20 years of operation. During this time, the Court’s work has been full of ups and downs. The intention of this essay is to review the contributions and evaluate the jurisprudence promulgated by this Court.
