Abstract

Este trabajo examina las dificultades creadas por la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional español en materia de aplicación del Derecho de la UE por las regiones españolas entre 1986 y 1993.This paper examines the difficulties created by the jurisprudence of the Spanish Constitutional Court in the application of EU law by the Spanish regions between 1986 and 1993.
