Este artículo tiene por objeto la reflexión sobre el discurso del odio y los delitos de odio, comparando la postura del derecho europeo y del derecho norteamericano en materia de hate speech, las ofensas gratuitas a la religión o el discurso religioso que se califica de hate speech.In this article, the author reflects about hate speech and hate crimes, comparing the position of European law and US law on hate speech, the offenses to Religion or the religious speech than could be qualified as hate speech.
