Abstract
Mental health plays a fundamental role in the overall well-being of the population. Fortunately, awareness of this issue is growing and is helping to eliminate stigmas and encourage studies, regulations and greater general involvement in this area. However, despite the number of problems caused by poor mental health, the percentage of people who seek psychological care and see a specialist in Spain is very low. There is still much work to be done, but the first step is to determine the volume of demand in order to evaluate strategies to improve this situation. In this way, the study has focused on performing a Small Data analysis through the construction of several predictive models to understand what influences the decision to go or not to go to a psychologist, as well as to determine the level of attendance.
