"La Guardia Blanca" de Mijaíl Bulgákov y su adaptación teatral

Abstract

Análisis de la obra "La guardia blanca" y su adaptación teatral –"Los días de los Turbín"–, del autor Mijaíl Bulgákov (1891-1940), a través de la construcción de un contexto histórico, político, social y biográfico, con la intención de discernir la repercusión que dichas obras tuvieron en su vida. Se identifican rasgos comunes y diferencias de uno y otro título, comprendiendo las fases que atravesó la pieza dramática hasta su estreno, siendo hoy considerada la obra que le salvó la vida. Además, se analizan las consecuencias de la relación del escritor con el líder soviético Iósif Stalin mediante la correspondencia entre ambos, abriendo una futura línea de estudio: la implicación que tuvo el director Konstantin Stanislavski, una figura imprescindible en el mundo teatral y cultural ruso, específicamente como director del Teatro del Arte de Moscú.

Analysis of the novel "The white guard" and its theatrical adaptation -"The Days of the Turbins"- by Mikhail Bulgakov (1891-1940), through the construction of a historical, political, social and biographical context, with the intention of discerning the repercussions that these works had on his life. The common features and differences from one title to another are identified, understanding the phases it went through until its premiere, being today considered the –dramatic– play that saved his life. In addition, the consequences of the writer's relationship with the Soviet leader Iósif Stalin are analysed through the letters between them, opening up a line of study that is still pending: the involvement of the director Konstantin Stanislavski, an essential figure in the Russian theatrical and cultural world, specifically as director of the Moscow Art Theatre.
