Terapéutica y dietética en Ecce homo de F. Nietzsche

Abstract

En Ecce homo, Nietzsche se relata su vida a sí mismo mostrando cómo superó su propia enfermedad y se transformó en un tipo capaz de enfrentarse al tipo cristiano. Este relato, puesta en escena de una escritura terapéutica, muestra que dicha superación ha sido posible gracias a la práctica de una particular dietética, la que junto a otros elementos constituye una casuística del egoísmo, necesaria para la transvaloración (Umwerthung).In Ecce homo, Nietzsche tells his life to himself, showing how he overcame his own sickness and became a type capable of confronting the Christian type. This relate, staging a therapeutic script, shows that such overcoming has been possible thanks to the practice of a particular dietetics, which together with other elements constitutes a casuistry of egoism, necessary for revaluation (Umwerthung).
