Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un completo y detallado análisis estratégico de la empresa española Jamones Joselito utilizando para ello todos los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera para determinar si la empresa tiene una posición ventajosa en el mercado.
Para ello, elaboraré un análisis del entorno de Jamones Joselito, examinando los factores que afectan y rodean a la empresa, así como, la competencia que tiene en su sector y un análisis interno, identificando sus debilidades y fortalezas para poder desarrollar su actuación competitiva y los principales aspectos de la empresa que generan más valor a sus productos.
Finalmente, determinaré las estrategias competitivas, las corporativas y de internacionalización llevadas a cabo por Jamones Joselito y estudiaré el impacto de todas las innovaciones y nuevos cambios que están introduciendo para acabar obteniendo una conclusión sobre su futuro y próximos resultados.
The aim of this final degree project is to carry out a complete and detailed strategic analysis of the Spanish firm Jamones Joselito, using all the knowledge acquired during the degree course to determine whether the company has an advantageous position in the market. To do this, I will make an analysis of the environment of Jamones Joselito, examining the factors that affect and surround the company and the competition they have in the ham sector and an internal analysis, identifying their weaknesses and strengths in order to develop their competitive performance and the main aspects of the company that generate more value to their products. Finally, I will determine the competitive and internationalisation strategies carried out by Jamones Joselito as well as study the impact of all the innovations and new changes they are introducing in order to reach a conclusion about their future and next results.
