CRM inteligente

Abstract

La documentacion que figura en las siguientes paginas corresponde a la memoria del proyecto de carrera, consistente en el diseño y especificacion de un CRM Inteligente o un Gestor de Clientes Inteligente. Como se explica en las siguientes paginas, un CRM es una utilidad software que resulta de una gran utilidad en un entorno empresarial, en cuanto que forma parte de una estrategia de negocio, utilizando las tecnologas para el tratamiento y el proceso automático de datos, con el objetivo de obtener mejores clientes, mas rentables, mas fieles y mas satisfechos. Nuestro CRM guarda en la base de datos información de clientes y productos, relacionando estos conceptos. Ademas, tambien se guardan las incidencias que se generan en el servicio de atencion al cliente, que pueden ser de tres tipos: Averías,Reclamaciones y Consultas. El sistema consta de inteligencia, que decide que acciones aplicables son favorables o beneciosas al aplicarlas a un cliente, segun sean sus características y/o atributos. Mediante un modulo estadístico y con la informacion disponible (reacciones de clientes similares) se obtienen los atributos discriminatorios para la eleccion de la accion a aplicar. En cuanto al resto de tecnologías empleadas para la implementacion del prototipo, JSP y Servlets (desarrollando desde el Entorno de Desarrollo eclipse), JDBC, XHTML, CSS y CVS. Como servidores hemos usado el Apache-Tomcat. La base de datos que hemos usado es MySQL 5 que utiliza el motor MyISAM. [ABSTRACT] The documentation featured in the following pages corresponds to the memory of the end of career project which consists of the design and specication of an Intelligent CRM or an Intelligent agent of customers. As explained in the following pages, a CRM is a utility software that results from a big utility in a business environment, as soon as that is part of a business strategy, using the technologies for the treatment and the automatic process of information, with the objective to obtain better clients, more protable ones, more faithful and more satised. Relating these concepts, our CRM saves the customers' and products' information in the database. Moreover, the incidents generated in customer service are also saved. There can be three types of incidents: damages, claims, and consultations. The system consists of intelligence that decides which applicable actions are favorable and benecial upon applying them to a customer, according to whether they are their characteristics and/or attributes. By means of a statistical module and the available information (simulated customer reactions), the discriminated attributes are obtained for the selection of the action to apply. Regarding the rest of the employed technologies for the implementation of the prototype, JSP and Servlets (developed using the integrated development environment Eclipse), JDBC, XHTML, CSS, CVS, we have used the Apache-Tomcat as a server. The database we used is the MySQL 5 with the engine MyISAM.
