Abstract
En este estudio se tomó una muestra de 400 pacientes que acudieron ala Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 59 años de edad. Las muestras fueron tomadas de un incisivo central superior. La primera toma fue realizada con la guía 3D MASTER. Seguidamente, se tomaron las muestras con el espectrofotómetro Easyshade Compact, colocando la punta del dispositivo en el tercio medio de la superficie labial del diente. Los valores Lab y LCh obtenidos se recogieron en una tabla de Excel. Finalmente, se utilizó la cámara Canon 750D + objetivo de 100 mm + flash anular + filtro de luz polarizada cruzada. Con ella se tomó una fotografía al diente seleccionado a 30 cm de distancia, colocando un post it 3M, como objeto calibrador. Las imágenes obtenidas en RAW fueron procesadas con el software Adobe Lightroom desde el que se obtuvieron los valores el Lab y posteriormente se convirtieron a valores LCh con una calculadora online. Se realizaron tres repeticiones en todos los sistemas de medición utilizados.....

The samples were taken from an upper central incisor. The first sample was taken with the 3D MASTER guide. The samples were then taken with the Easyshade Compact spectrophotometer, placing the tip of the devicein the middle third of the labial surface of the tooth. The lab and LCh values obtained were collected in an Excel table. Finally, a Canon 750D camera + 100mm lens + ring flash + cross polarized light filter was used. A photograph was taken of the selected tooth at a distance of 30 cm, placing a 3M post-it as a calibrating object.
