Abstract
Esta investigación ofrece un análisis exhaustivo de los discursos de Xi Jinping incluidos en Xi Jinping: La gobernación y administración de China – Tomo II, desde una perspectiva lingüística y traductológica. El estudio tiene como objetivo comprender las características discursivas y retóricas de los textos políticos de Xi Jinping, así como analizar cómo la traducción de estos discursos al español influye en su recepción y comprensión en contextos internacionales. El marco teórico abarca una revisión de las principales teorías del análisis del discurso y la traductología, tanto occidentales como chinas, además de abordar los textos políticos como un género discursivo específico. A nivel metodológico, el estudio se basa en un corpus específico de discursos extraídos del libro mencionado, analizados mediante recursos digitales. Se presta especial atención a la planificación de futuras investigaciones sobre la traducción y difusión de los discursos políticos chinos.El análisis lingüístico profundiza en las particularidades del chino en contraste con el español, con especial énfasis en el uso de los deícticos, la fraseología, la estructura discursiva y la adaptación de términos clave. This research provides a comprehensive analysis of Xi Jinping's speeches included in Xi Jinping: The Governance of China – Volume II from a linguistic and translation studies perspective. The study aims to understand the discursive and rhetorical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s political texts and how their translation into Spanish affects their reception and comprehension in international contexts.The theoretical framework encompasses a review of key theories in discourse analysis and translation studies, both Western and Chinese, while also addressing political texts as a distinct discursive genre. Methodologically, the study employs a specific corpus of speeches from the aforementioned book, analyzed using digital resources. Special attention is given to planning future research on the translation and dissemination of Chinese political speeches.The linguistic analysis explores the distinctive features of Chinese in comparison with Spanish, focusing on the use of deixis, phraseology, discursive structure, and the adaptation of key terms. The study also examines the use of metaphors in Xi Jinping's speeches, highlighting their rhetorical and political functions, as well as their role in Chinese diplomacy.
