This research seeks to demonstrate both theoretically and empirically how dance and corporal expression can serve as strengthening tools for the physical and mental well-being and social empowerment of vulnerable women. From the non-formal education of educational dance and through seven case analyses of non-professional women who have never had any contact with dance in their lives, an empirical analysis is proposed in accordance with the objectives of this research, which are related to its possible potential for the improvement and social inclusion of socially vulnerable groups of women. These groups, recruited in different women's associations in the Autonomous Community of Madrid at the time of the COVID pandemic and subsequent years, form the empirical basis of the cases, on which the analysis of this research and its conclusions are based...
