El Protocolo Italia-Albania y su compatibilidad con las reformas normativas comunitarias del año 2024

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende determinar la posible compatibilidad existente entre el denominado Protocolo Italia-Albania y el conjunto de reformas normativas comunitarias en materia de migración y asilo publicadas en el año 2024. Para ello, se atenderá principalmente a lo recogido en la normativa y jurisprudencia, tanto comunitaria como italiana. Realizando así, un análisis primordialmente enfocado a lo dispuesto en los distintos marcos jurídicos y abordar, desde esa perspectiva, la cuestión suscitada.This bachelor thesis seeks to establish whether the so-called Italy-Albania Protocol and the EU legislative reforms published in the year 2024 are compatible with each other. To achieve this, the focus will be set on the content of both EU and Italian legislation and case-law. In this way, an analysis primarily focused on the provisions of the different legal frameworks will be developed and, from this perspective, the issue raised will be addressed.
