Abstract

Este artículo analiza la evolución del principio de incompatibilidad entre la pensión de jubilación y el trabajo en el sistema español de Seguridad Social, destacando las reformas introducidas por el Real Decreto-ley 11/2024. Se examinan modalidades como la jubilación parcial, activa y demorada, y se reflexiona sobre los avances y limitaciones del modelo actual en el contexto del envejecimiento activo.This paper analyzes the evolution of the principle of incompatibility between retirement pensions and employment in the Spanish Social Security system, highlighting reforms introduced by Royal Decree-Law 11/2024. It examines modalities such as partial, flexible, active, and deferred retirement, reflecting on the progress and limitations of the current model in the context of active aging.
