Abstract
Enamel hypomineralization lesions involve a health, functional and aesthetic problem due to the consequences caused by this pathology. Therefore, it is important to perform an individualized treatment plan, along with a sequence of revisions and maintenance, because these teeth are structurally weaker and high susceptible to caries. The case of a patient with generalized enamel defect is reported, where a restorative treatment is realized to improve function, using digital technology through an intraoral scanner; plus the use of injectable resin composite to improve the aesthetic sector.
