La administración de sacramentos y la ideología de género

Abstract

En este capítulo se ofrecen los criterios paara la válida y licita administración de los sacramentos en los que es relevante el sexo (matrimonio y orden ) y en los que no lo es. Así mismo, se indican los recurso jurídicos para quien ha solicitado la recepción de un sacramento y ha recibido una negativa injustificada.This chapter offers the criteria for the valid and licit administration of the sacraments in which sex is relevant (marriage and order) and in which it is not. Likewise, the legal recourses are indicated for those who have requested the reception of a sacrament and have received an unjustified refusal.
