Abstract

La presente tesis, titulada “El pensamiento político del confucianismo y la construcción del Régimen Tianxia-Imperio”, tiene como objetivo investigar la construcción teórica del sistema de poder a lo largo de toda la historia de China Antigua, desde el establecimiento de la teoría primaria del Cielo Divino a la caída definitiva de la era de los llamados emperadores. Esta investigación se centra en estudiar, de dicho sistema, la morfología estructural que es ajena al modelo occidental, y además, también se realiza de manera más profunda el estudio sobre la esencia del sistema político-ideológico chino, que es diferente del criterio tradicional de los investigadores occidentales con respeto a Oriente. De este modo, con el uso de un lenguaje político-filosófico relativamente occidental, tanto en la parte analítica como en la comparativa, se podrá lograr en Occidente una comprensión más profunda y más completa de China, tanto de sus tradiciones, como de su presente, siendo este heredero de sus costumbres y cambios que ha experimentado a lo largo de los siglos para llegar al momento actual...

The present thesis has the main objective of investigating the theoretical construction of the power system throughout the history of Ancient China, from the establishment of the primary theory of the Divine Heaven to the definitive fall of the emperors’ era. This research concentrates on studying the structural morphology of the about-mentioned system, which is totally different from the western model, and also on investigating profoundly the essence of the Chinese political-ideological system, which is quite distinct from the western researchers’ traditional criteria respecting to the East. Furthermore, the present investigation also aims to highlight the comparison of the theory and structure of political power between the typical Western Empire and the Chinese prototype of Tianxia-Empire. In this way, with a relatively western political-philosophical language, it makes possible to achieve a deeper and more complete mutual understanding between the West and the East, not only on their tradition, but also on the modernity, which is the result as an inheritance of both tradition and innovation after learning from the past..
