Herramienta de apoyo al análisis de datos para diagnóstico de enfermedad celíaca

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo facilitar el filtrado de datos médicos de pacientes que potencialmente pueden sufrir la enfermedad celíaca, para su análisis. La aplicación permite cargar archivos Excel que contienen los datos poco organizados y difíciles de visualizar y transformarlos de cara a su manipulación. También permite almacenar estos datos en tablas de forma organizada, pudiendo añadir más datos según se vayan añadiendo más y clasificarlos en diferentes tablas gracias a la carga dinámica. A parte permite al usuario añadir filtros y restricciones para consultar la información deseada, permitiendo exportar los resultados. Ha sido desarrollada en Java, utilizando una librería que permite la manipulación de ficheros Excel.The objetive of this work is to facilitate the filtering of medical data of patients who may potentially suffer from celiac disease, to analize them later. The application allows you to upload Excel files that contain data that is poorly organized and difficult to visualize and transform them for manipulation. It also allows you to store this data in an organized way, being able to add more data as more is added and classify it in different tables thanks to the dynamic loading. Besides, it allows the user to add filters and restrictions to consult the desired information, allowing the results to be exported. It has been developed in Java, using a library that allows the manipulation of Excel files.
