Abstract

After defining this concept, some of its consequences in the world of work for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market are studied: personnel selection, worker monitoring and inclusive robotics. If algorithms do not take into account the disability variable, both in the data they use and in the definition of patterns, it is very likely that Artificial Intelligence can be used to discriminate against this group. For its part, Artificial Intelligence can lead to the creation of machines or adaptations that can make up for the limitations of people with disabilities. In this way, it can also support the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market.
