dc.description.abstractSE ESTUDIO EN UNA LOCALIDAD DEL NE DE BOLIVIA LA AUTOECOLOGIA DE 42 ESPECIES DE ANFIBIOS DURANTE LA ESTACION HUMEDA (OCTUBRE-ABRIL) EN LOS AÑOS 1987-1990. LA COMUNIDAD DE ANFIBIOS CONSTA DE 2 CECILIDOS (GYMNOPHIONA) Y 40 ANUROS, REPARTIDOS DEL SIGUIENTE MODO: 2 BUFONIDOS, 1 DENDROBATIDO, 3 MICROMILIDOS, 9 LEPTODACTILIDOS Y 25 HILIDOS. SE ESTUDIARON DE CADA ESPECIE SUS PATRONES DE USO DEL ESPACIO, RITMOS CIRCADIANOS Y FENOLOGIA DE LA REPRODUCCION Y LLAMADAS DE APAREAMIENTO. LA DISTRIBUCION DE LAS ESPECIES QUE COMPONEN LA COMUNIDAD RESPONDE A OCHO PATRONES DIFERENTES SE DISCUTE EL ORIGEN GEOGRAFICO DE CADA ESPECIE EN EL MARCO DE LA TEORIA DE LOS REFUGIOS PLEISTOCENICOS, CONCLUYENDOSE QUE LA ORGANIZACION DE LA COMUNIDAD RESPONDE MAS A LA HISTORIA BIOGEOGRAFICA DE LA MISMA QUE A FACTORES ECOLOGICOS OPERANDO EN LA ACTUALIDAD
