Abstract
The change undergone by ‘the right to privacy’ in Spain as a result of its inclusion in the group of ‘human rights’ is the main object of the study of this work. For this purpose, the study has taken into the account the influence of the European acts and the sentences of the Constitutional Court. All of this has made it possible to delimit the meaning and the current position of ‘the right to privacy’ in the Spanish legal system.
