Abstract
Se magnifican en exceso el ejercicio de la presidencia del Consejo y se crean expectativas exageradas. Finalizar el mandato semestral habiendo hecho progresar en su conjunto las propuestas pendientes, culminar algunas y desbloquear otras, constituiría un gran éxito para una presidencia.
It exaggerates the possibilities of the Presidency of the Council and create exaggerated expectations. Finish the halfyearly mandate having made progress on pending proposals as a whole, to reach some and unblock some others, would be a great success for a presidency.
