Abstract
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado analiza la transformación del comercio en la industria de la moda a través de una comparación entre los modelos de negocio tradicionales y digitales en dos contextos nacionales distintos: España y China. El estudio aborda cómo la digitalización ha modificado profundamente los hábitos de consumo, las estrategias comerciales y la experiencia de cliente en el sector moda. Para ello, se combinan enfoques teóricos, revisión documental, análisis histórico y una investigación empírica basada en encuestas realizadas a consumidores de ambos países. Se estudian aspectos clave como la evolución del comercio electrónico, el papel de las redes sociales, los métodos de pago, las políticas públicas y las preferencias de los consumidores. El trabajo concluye que, aunque ambos países avanzan hacia una mayor digitalización del comercio, existen diferencias significativas en cuanto a ritmo, adopción tecnológica, comportamiento del consumidor y estrategias de las empresas.

This Final Degree Project analyses the transformation of commerce in the fashion industry through a comparison between traditional and digital business models in two different national contexts: Spain and China. The study addresses how digitalisation has profoundly modified consumer habits, commercial strategies and customer experience in the fashion sector. It combines theoretical approaches, documentary review, historical analysis and empirical research based on consumer surveys in both countries. Key aspects such as the evolution of e-commerce, the role of social networks, payment methods, public policies and consumer preferences are studied. The paper concludes that, although both countries are moving towards greater digitalisation of commerce, there are significant differences in terms of pace, technology adoption, consumer behaviour and company strategies.
