Abstract
El presente trabajo analiza los requisitos que ha establecido el legislador en el art. 348 bis LSC para ejercitar el derecho de separación de los accionistas por falta de distribución de un dividendo anual mínimo.
ABSTRACT: This paper analyzes the requirements that the legislature has introduced in section 348 bis LSC the shareholders’ right to leave and recover their investment when there is not an annual distribution of a minimum dividend.
