“Cativo de miña tristura” : la cárcel de amor en la lírica medieval

Abstract

La idea del presente trabajo supone una tarea difícil para el investigador que se adentra por primera vez al mundo de la investigación. La necesidad de manejar diversas tradiciones poéticas dentro de la Edad Media es quizás el mayor escollo que me he podido encontrar a lo largo de estos años, por cierto algo irregulares, y siempre compaginados con el trabajo en el instituto.En los últimos tiempos los estudios relacionados con los aspectos retóricos de la lírica medieval han aumentado de manera sorprendente. Sin embargo, no abundan para nada los estudios comparativos de diferentes tradiciones líricas, y considero que este es un aspecto necesario dentro de la investigación en literatura medieval. Por ello, este trabajo de investigación se centra en la evolución de un motivo (la cárcel de amor) desde los primeros restos de lírica culta (los trovadores provenzales) hasta la lírica española de cancionero, además de la lírica de corte italianista presente en España durante el siglo XVI. He pensado que este motivo es el idóneo para presentar tal estudio comparativo, puesto que se mantiene constante desde los primeros poetas hasta los últimos de la Edad Media...

The idea of this work represents a difficult task for the researcher who enters the research world for the first time. The need to manage various poetic traditions within the Middle Ages is perhaps the biggest obstacle that I have encountered throughout these years, certainly somewhat irregular, and always combined with work at the high school.Recently, the many studies related to rhetorical aspects of medieval poetry have been surprisingly increasing. However, comparative studies of different lyrical traditions are not abundant at all, and I consider that this is a necessary aspect within research in medieval literature. Therefore, this research work focuses on the evolution of a motif (the prison of love) from the first remains of cultured poetry (the Provençal troubadours) to the Spanish cancionero poetry, in addition to the Italian style present in Spain. during the 16th century. I have thought that this reason is the ideal one to present such a comparative study, since it remains constant from the first poets to the last of the Middle Ages...
