Nietzsche en el nacimiento de la tragedia española contemporánea

Abstract

La recepción de Nietzsche en la literatura española es uno de los casos de intertextualidad más fascinantes de nuestro siglo XX. Ningún filósofo moderno ni contemporáneo ha sido recibido en nuestro país con una intensidad equiparable a la del filósofo de Röcken; una intensidad que puede verse no solo en el volumen de traducciones y de citas, sino también en la cantidad de obras donde pueden rastrearse temas o preocupaciones nietzscheanas. La filosofía de Nietzsche se convirtió en el catalizador de todo un Zeitgeist bajo cuyo influjo tuvieron lugar las principales corrientes artísticas del siglo XX. Desde el estudio pionero de Gonzalo Sobejano, Nietzsche en España (1967) el interés por la impronta que la filosofía de Nietzsche ha dejado en las literaturas hispánicas no ha hecho sino crecer. Del mismo modo, a estos trabajos se han venido sumando otros que no se centran en el estudio histórico de la recepción del filósofo, sino que emplean su filosofía como marco de análisis hermenéutico. Desde esta segunda perspectiva, obras literarias de épocas y tradiciones diversas —desde Shakespeare a Sade— han sido analizados desde una perspectiva nietzscheana, del mismo modo que el psicoanálisis se extendió como modelo teórico literario...

Nietzsche’s reception in Spanish literature is one of the most fascinating cases of intertextuality in the 20th century. No other modern or contemporary philosopher has been received in our country with such intensity as the philosopher from Röcken. This intensity is shown through translations and references, but also through the number of works in which it is possible to trace nietzschean matters and problems. Nietzsche's philosophy became an agent of change of the entire Zeitgeist that inspired the main artistic movements of the century. From the pioneering work by Gonzalo Sobejano, Nietzsche en España (1967) the interest in the trace that Nietzsche's philosophy left on the Hispanic Literatures has only grown. Likewise, these researches have been completed by other studies that haven’t focused on the reception of Nietzsche's philosophy. Instead, they use his thinking as a framework of hermeneutic analyze. From this second perspective, literary works of different ages and traditions – from Shakespeare to Sade – have been analyzed from a nietzschean point of view, in the same way that psychoanalysis extended as a literary theoretical model.
