dc.descriptionAbstract: Nowdays Spanish stevedores are adressing a complex process of reforms traying to cope with guidelines imposed by the Judment of the European Union Court of Justice given on 11 December 2014. The pretense of social agents to achieve stability and guarantee in keeping essential working conditions which maked it possible to improve dock workers sector must be combined with the judicial imposition of liberalisation what is making it difficult permanent and global arrangements.
dc.description.abstractLa estiba en España se encuentra en la actualidad en pleno proceso de transformación como consecuencia de la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 11 de diciembre de 2014. La pretensión de los agentes sociales por lograr la estabilidad y el mantenimiento de las condiciones básicas laborales que permitan el crecimiento del sector se han de conjugar con la exigencia de su liberalización impuesta por la jurisprudencia lo que dificulta acuerdos permanentes y globales.
