| dc.description.abstract | En 2006 el Archivo General de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid se convirtió en el primer archivo universitario español en obtener el certificado de gestión de calidad de acuerdo con la norma ISO 9001:2000. Este artículo describe el camino recorrido hasta llegar a este punto y el modo en que la implantación de un sistema de gestión de calidad ha transformado e impulsado el archivo universitario.[ABSTRACT] In 2006, the General Archive of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid came to be the first university archive in Spain obtaining the quality management certificate according to ISO 9001:2000 standard. This article describes the journey to reach that point and the way in which the implementation of a quality management system has changed and driven the archive forward. | |
