Aseguramiento de la calidad en la traducción jurídica alemán-español : detección de errores mediante utilidades de QA integradas en herramientas TAO

Abstract

La tesis Aseguramiento de la calidad en la traducción jurídica alemán-español: detección de errores mediante utilidades de QA integradas en herramientas TAO aborda la detección de errores específicos de traducción en el par lingüístico alemán-español dentro del contexto jurídico-administrativo. Su objetivo principal es detectar y analizar los errores que surgen durante la fase de aseguramiento de la calidad (QA) mediante utilidades de QA integradas en herramientas de traducción asistida por ordenador (TAO).En la primera parte de esta investigación, se explora la relevancia de la combinación lingüística alemán-español dentro del ámbito de la traducción jurídica, para definir su relevancia. Para ello, se analiza la representatividad de ambas lenguas en el panorama global y en el campo de la traducción. Se observa que ambas lenguas tienen una presencia notable en el marco europeo. Además, se contempla que el volumen de traducción en el ámbito jurídico-administrativo se encuentra entre los tres primeros y que la combinación alemán-español, en particular, se halla entre las veinte combinaciones lingüísticas más demandadas...The thesis, entitled Quality assurance in German-Spanish Legal Translation: Error Detection Using QA Utilities Integrated in CAT tools, addresses the issue of identifying specific translation errors within the German-Spanish language pair, particularly within the context of legal and administrative texts. The principal aim of this study is to recognize and analyse errors that arise during the quality assurance (QA) phase, utilising the integrated QA utilities of Computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools.The initial phase of this research project is dedicated to an in-depth examination of the German-Spanish language combination within the domain of legal translation, with the objective of defining its significance. To this end, an analysis is conducted to evaluate the representativeness of both languages in the global context and in the field of translation. It is evident that both languages have a significant presence within the European context and Spanish also at the global level. Furthermore, it can be observed that the volume of translation in the legal-administrative field is among the top three and that the German-Spanish combination, in particular, is among the twenty most demanded language combinations...
