Abstract
Alfonso X (1221-1284), rey de Castilla y León, dedicó parte de su vida y de los recursos de su corte a la cultura libraria. El scriptorium alfonsí fue punto de encuentro de trabajadores y artesanos del mundo del códice de diferentes culturas, donde se realizaron algunas de las obras más importantes del siglo XIII en el ámbito de la historia, legislación, ciencia y cultura, incluida la música. El estudio de estos manuscritos por parte de los profesionales de los diferentes ámbitos ya ha arrojado bastante información al respecto: cómo era el proceso de recopilación de la información, de la creación formal de la obra en cuanto a su escritura, decoración e iluminación, y las posteriores revisiones para conseguir un resultado final lo más completo posible. Esto permite tener como base de estudio una serie de características comunes a todas las obras copiadas en el taller alfonsí que nos acercan al método de trabajo y al resultado final de los manuscritos realizados...

The Alphonsine scriptorium was a gathering point for codex workers and craftsmen from different cultures, where some of the most important works of the 13th century in the fields of History, Law, Science and Culture, including Music, were produced. The study of these manuscripts by professionals in different fields has yielded valuable information about the process of collection of information, formal creation regarding its writing, decoration and illumination, and the subsequent revisions. This sets the foundations for the study of a series of characteristics common to all the works copied in the Alphonsine workshop, which facilitates an approach to the working method and the final form of the manuscripts...
