This Handbook of Digital Egyptology: Texts intends to be a showcase of this activity by presenting to the reader some of the most advanced technological approaches and projects nowadays covering the subfields of digital formatting and encoding, annotation, network analysis, lexicography, coptic and hieratic OCR, and hieroglyphic signs databases.
