Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación persigue aportar un modelo de intraemprendimiento público, que surja como resultado de la ordenación del debate teórico en torno al concepto de intraemprendimiento, y de la identificación de los factores que condicionan de manera específica este fenómeno en las Administraciones. Desde los años 60, son numerosos los estudios que profundizan sobre cómo las organizaciones del sector privado pueden alcanzar la innovación a través del emprendimiento interno, y revisan experiencias de empresas referentes a nivel mundial, que son reconocidas por generar de manera continua nuevas líneas de negocio innovadoras a partir del conocimiento e iniciativa de su capital humano. This research study aims to provide an intrapreneurship model suitable for public organizations, resulting from the organization of the theoretical debate around the concept of intrapreneurship, as well as the identification of specific factors that shape this phenomenon in public administrations.Since the 1960s, numerous studies have explored how private sector organizations can achieve innovation through internal entrepreneurship. These studies have also examined the experiences of leading companies around the world that are known to continuously generate new innovative businesses based on the knowledge and initiative of their human capital.
