Abstract

But also, there was a wide debate about whether working form homw could be seen as a formula that facilitates the reconciliation between family and work liefe of public workers. This is a descriptive study that also contains its own empirical research, with a questionnaire answered by 323 people in various areas of the Spanish public administration. As a result, we will see if it is a preferred instrument for workers who have dependent children or dependents and, in general, what impact teleworking has on family dynamics as a new labor reality.
