Abstract
The number of breast cancer survivors (BCS), in our society, is increasing. However, as a consequence of the treatments, there are several side effects and sequelae that these women suffer. This results in a decrease in their quality of life (QOL) that can last from the end of the primary treatment until years later. In this sense, physical exercise (PE) emerges as one of the healthy behaviors capable of improving the QOL of BCS. However, many BCS acknowledge that they do not follow this healthy behavior. For this reason, there is a need to know which are the psychological variables that determine the level of motivation to PE, evaluated through the Transtheoretical Model of Change. This model has proven to be effective in the study of habit change. It bases the person's change on levels or stages that go from precontemplation to maintenance...
