Abstract
En el contexto de la Educación Personalizada y las diferentes iniciativas pedagógicas originadas para su consecución, la Asignatura universitaria “Habilidades y competencias de la Persona” (HCP), tiene el objetivo de contribuir a la Formación Integral de los universitarios, en su primer año en la universidad, mediante el desarrollo de competencias transversales. Para ello, propone al alumno trabajar en torno a acciones formativas integradas e integradoras, cuya realización contribuye al desarrollo integral de la persona. El trabajo de tesis que exponemos aquí pretende analizar -mediante una investigación cuasiexperimental realizada con un diseño pretest-postest- en qué medida el trabajo en torno a este tipo de acciones contribuye significativamente a la Formación Integral del universitario, en algunas de sus dimensiones. Within the context of Personalized Education and its different educational initiatives, the subject “Personal Abilities and Softs Skills” aims to contribute to first year students’ Integral education through the development of transversal competences.
