Abstract
La mejora del autoconcepto en estudiantes universitarios a través de un programa Expresivo-corporal es el título de la presente tesis. El objetivo fundamental es conseguir que el alumnado mejore su autoconcepto tras la aplicación de un programa Expresivo-corporal, este programa ha sido diseñado por la autora y es también otro de los objetivos de la tesis, donde se plantean cien actividades de carácter expresivo-corporal que trabajan contenidos no solo propios de la asignatura de Expresión Corporal sino otros de carácter emocional para apoyar el trabajo sobre la mejora del autoconcepto. Se considera que la Expresión Corporal es un contenido que puede ayudar a trabajar temas en relación al conocimiento personal y también profesional. El programa incluye de forma progresiva una serie de actividades que están diseñadas con una temática específica encaminada a tratar temas sobre el conocimiento personal del sujeto, tales como la imagen proyectada, el conocimiento consciente de nuestras formas de comportarnos, los posibles miedos a presentarse en público, la aceptación corporal frente a los demás. Todos estos temas abordan contenidos en relación con el autoconcepto. No solo serán las temáticas las que se incorporen para que los alumnos y alumnas experimenten un cambio sino que también se cuidan las estrategias utilizadas dentro del aula para hacer dinámicas las clases y pueda tener éxito el propósito de nuestro estudio...
The improvement of the self-concept in universitary students through a program of body language is the title for this thesis. The main objective is to help students to improve their self-concept after applying this specific program, which has been designed by the author. In this thesis we will talk not only about one hundred corporal expression activities but we will also talk about emotional factors to base the improvement of self-concept. Body language is considered to be helpful when working with other themes related to personal and professional issues. This program includes a series of activities which we will use to treat themes about personal knowledge of the subject, such as the projection of the image, conscious awareness of our behaviour, social related fears and corporal acceptance. All this themes are related to the self-concept. The themes used for students to experiment will have to change and more dynamical classes will be used to increase attention amongst all students. After using a method under an atmosphere that allows comfortable working to the students, many strategies will be used to increase participation, allowing the program to look attractive for all it means. We have interest not only on student improvement but also on future issues such as being able to give class to a large audience and helping them to develop strategies that they can apply in order to do this. If students acquire awareness of their goals throughout the course of this program this will mean the utility of it...
