Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende aportar un enfoque holístico sobre la relevancia de los tribunales penales internacionales y sobre cómo ha desembocado su trayectoria histórica en la Corte Penal Internacional, en aras de la defensa del Derecho Internacional Humanitario directamente, y del Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos indirectamente.
