Abstract
En esta tesis se pretende conocer más sobre qué ocurre con la autoestima, la autoeficacia y el locus de control en el ámbito de la formación de postgrado y más concretamente en los alumnos de las escuelas de negocio. Además, se analiza la posible relación que estas variables puedan tener entre sí, así como sus posibles influencias en el rendimiento académico. En este sentido, encontramos mucha documentación y estudios relacionados con variables en niños, adolescentes, universitarios y población clínica, pero no hemos encontrado ninguna publicación que focalice sus análisis en alumnos de escuelas de negocio...
The thesis hereby elaborated tries to deepen knowledge about the relationship between self-esteem, self-efficacy and locus of control particularly applied to the field of postgraduate education and more specifically on students in business schools. Moreover, the link between these variables is analyzed altogether in relation to their possible influence on academic performance. Herein, extensive literature and studies related to variables in children, adolescents, higher education and clinical population was found, conversely, no publications whatsoever were found indicating any sort of analysis related to business school students...
