El Sueño de la Serpiente.

Abstract

El documento que aquí se presenta es, el fruto y a la vez el brote culmen, de mi periodo de formación artística durante estos cuatro años de grado en Bellas Artes, que se recoge, en forma de proyecto artístico escultórico. Bajo el título “El Sueño de la Serpiente” se encuentran unas competencias y unos conocimientos adquiridos; además de unas experiencias, que determinan mi producción; y un interés por el universo onírico; que asientan el comienzo de una línea de trabajo en torno al sueño proyectada desde la escultura. Con el relieve como estandarte, me adentraré en una investigación buscando el verdadero potencial que entraña el acto de soñar, los puntos de contacto que existen dentro de las dimensiones de la mente del individuo y la del colectivo, y sobre todo, promulgar la creación de una conciencia soñadora en la sociedad actual, e impulsar el interés y el acercamiento a este mundo invisible de conocimiento en la cultura occidental contemporánea. En el escrito conectaré, primero, mi recorrido antecedente con la nítida explicación del proyecto en cuestión, para terminar con las conclusiones extraídas. Obedeciendo pues, a unos resultados de un campo de trabajo cuya única frontera es el horizonte.The document that is presented here is, the fruit and at the same time the culmen outbreak, of my period of artistic formation during these four years of degree in Fine Arts, which is collected, in the form of a sculptural artistic project. Under the title "The Dream of the Serpent" are some acquired skills and knowledge; besides some experiences that determine my production; and an interest in the dream universe; that mark the beginning of a line of work around the dream projected from the sculpture. With the relief as a pennant, I will go into an investigation looking for the true potential that involves the act of dreaming, the points of contact that exist within the dimensions of the mind of the individual and the collective, and above all, promulgate the creation of a dreamy conscience in today's society, and boost the interest and approach to this invisible world of knowledge in contemporary western culture. In the letter I will connect, first, my background with the clear explanation of the project in question, to end with the conclusions drawn. Obeying, then, results from a field of work whose only frontier is the horizon.
