Abstract
El presente trabajo pretende poner de manifiesto las principales novedades en el sistema de gobierno de las Cajas de Ahorro introducidas por las reformas del sistema financiero de los últimos años. Concretamente, trataremos de establecer cuáles han sido los principales cambios y cómo han afectado a la estructura y funcionamiento de la Comisión de Control.
