Abstract

Este trabajo analiza las relaciones de la Constitución española con el Derecho de la Unión Europea: la atribución de competencias, sus limites, la recepción del derecho primario y secundario, su jerarquía, etc.This paper analyzes the relationship of the Spanish Constitution with European Union law: the allocation of powers, its limits, the reception of primary and secondary law, hierarchy, etc.
